2003: prepare to establish R&D Center

2004: Be award county-level technical R&D Center, research and develop Deoxidizing and Derusting Primer and other high-tech products.

2006: With the center’s expansion, its occupancy reaches 605 m2, possesses 3 labs, 1 inspection room and several instruments, with investment fund of 200 million, and we successfully develop chloramine-T, hydroxyalkyl amide and other high-tech products.

2007: declare patented invention for preparation technology of “3,4,4’-triclocarban’’, 2- thiophenyl-propionyl phenylacetic acid’’. We applied for the above 2 patents and the concerned utility patents.   In the same year, we are awarded as city-level high-tech enterprise.

2008: declare 1 utility patent, research TGIC, active coupling agent, active liquid leveling agent, PV99 and other high-tech products, and we put the research into industrial production. In the same year we are awarded as state-level high-tech enterprise.

2009: declare 1 patent of invention, 2 utility patents, researching and developing organic silicone anti- interference agent, TMT water treatment agent and other products. We public 4 papers concerned about powder coating additives, and we are awarded as Ningbo technical R&D Cneter. We plan to invest RMB 500,000 to establish proof and inspection system for powder coating, with preparation to set up province-level R&D Center.

ZHIHUA introduced internationally-advanced equipment for production, experiment and testing from Europe, American, Japan and Taiwan and implements a scientific production resources management system. The major production departments include:  Additives production area, TCC paint production area, Industrial Coating production area, paint production area.. Since it was built and put into production, ZHIHUA has invested 5% of its sales revenues in the transformation of production equipment, technology and environment each year and irregularly spends huge amount on the replacement of inspection and testing equipment and instruments to meet the need of the company for rapid growth.
