Bank-sanded texture producing agent can be used as a special texture additive, and it is used in powder coating in order to produce bank-sanded texture appreance. This product is adapt to  the surface of household appliance, such as VCD, sonic equipment, office supplies, sports apparatus,and other industrial equipment, especially for computer’s panel decoration.

2. Technical Characteristic

(1). It is adapt to any kind of powder coating, such as pure epoxy, epoxy/ polyester,, TGJC, Primid and PU, and so on, after adding this product, the coat will be taken on even bank-sanded texture appearance.

(2). Compared with all the texture additives that appeared in the market, this newly researched product should be much more remarkable and stable to produce texture.

(3). With the product, flowing agent and benzoin can be added but also can be absent in the recipe, so that the cost price can be reduced.

(4). Even used in very low dosage sice as 0.08% of the recipe’s total weight, the effect can be wonderful, and the texture is very remarkable and clear.

3. Dosage

Should be 0.08-0.1% of the recipe’s total weight.

4. Adding method

Added in the mixture, then thrust out by thrusting machine, sift out after being crushed up.

5. Storage

This product should be stored in shade and in dry, and should be keep away from other chemical materials.
