It has excellent air bubble elimination effect, and outstanding anti-yellow property. So, it will be an wonder substitute for Benzoin that added in powder coating to modify the outlooking, eliminate needle hole and anti-yellow phonomenon.

2. Technical Characteristic
Can reduce fusion viscosity & improve the resin’s wetness to the base effect and the color’s deparareing capability, so this product can evidently improve the outlooking effect and flowing the surface.
This product has wonderful anti-yellow trait, so it is assortlly used with PrimidXL 552, in order to prepara powder coating that can stand anti-yellow, with impasto 100 U without any air bubble.
Since this product has lubrification, so it can improve the phenomenon of prowder coating’s agglomeration, and it can also change the throughput efficiency from the boult.
Using in proper dosage, this product can improve the nick on the surface.

This product should be used in 0.5-1.5% of the powder coating’s total weight

This product should be added with other raw materials.

This product should be stored in shade and in dry,in order to avoid absorbing humidity.

Usage:
Because of different batch formulas and technics in manufacturing different powders, the dosage of this product may be added between 0.6-1.5%; Mix SF-688 powder coating together with other raw materials equably to produce the ordered powders.
25Kg/cartboard drum, with plastic around the inner of the cardboard drum.. Keep in common temperature, aeration, dry condition, and avoid sunshine illuminating directly, keep away from heat source.
